1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ELNARA Motor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Company Information

ELNARA Motor specializes in the manufacture and distribution of electric golf cars, shuttle buses, and vintage vehicles for golf courses, resorts, and commercial facilities.

3. Products and Services

Our products include but are not limited to:

• Electric Golf Cars (2-seater, 4-seater, 6-seater, 8-seater)
• Electric Shuttle Buses (11-seater, 14-seater, 17-seater, 23-seater)
• Electric Vintage Cars
• Spare parts and maintenance services
• Customization services

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Official quotations are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Payment Terms:

• 50% down payment upon order confirmation
• 50% balance payment before delivery
• Bank transfer is the preferred payment method
• All bank charges are borne by the customer

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery: Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from receipt of down payment and completion of technical specifications. Typical delivery ranges from 30-60 business days depending on model and customization requirements.

Installation: Basic operational training is provided upon delivery. Additional on-site training or technical support can be arranged at additional cost.

6. Warranty Policy

ELNARA Motor provides the following warranty coverage:

• Vehicle Frame: 3 years structural warranty
• Electric Motor: 2 years warranty
• Battery: 2 years or 1,000 charging cycles, whichever comes first
• Controller & Electronics: 1 year warranty
• Wearable Parts: Tires, brakes, and cosmetic items are not covered under warranty

Warranty claims require original purchase documentation and proof of regular maintenance at authorized service centers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Cancellations before production commencement may be eligible for partial refund minus administrative fees. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

ELNARA Motor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PT Elnara Asia Sukses and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
